Nicole first visited Guatemala on a mission trip in February of 2012 and instantly felt the Lord calling her to ministry there. After graduating from Roberts Wesleyan College in May of 2016 with a degree in Psychology, Nicole moved to Huehue to serve as an English teacher at the School of Hope. Nicole taught classes at our school for two years and has been mentoring many of the adolescents in our programs during her time in Huehue. This year she is using her passion for mentoring and discipling outside of the classroom and will be serving as the Youth Ministry Coordinator. Knowing that a relationship with Jesus is the most important thing for any of the kids we work with, Nicole’s hope is that youth group will be a safe space to encounter the person of Jesus Christ. Some of Nicole’s favorite things include Christmas, Syracuse basketball, and spending time with her people.
