Alycia first visited Guatemala on a church mission trip when she was sixteen. She immediately felt drawn to the country and knew the Lord was calling her to overseas ministry. In April of 2012, she moved to Huehuetenango full-time to live at the local orphanage and run the School of Hope. Alycia has worked in various capacities within the organization and currently serves as Executive Director, managing and overseeing all of our programs. Alycia's favorite things include her cats, Seymour and Todd, good lighting, and unhealthy amounts of sour candy. As you scroll through the staff page, she would like you to know that the attractive man with luscious locks of perfect hair is her husband and he is totally taken.
