Randel grew up in Georgia and attended the University of Alabama. She worked for GlaxoSmithKline as a pharmaceutical sales representative for 13 years, and then moved into full time ministry. She and her husband worked in college ministry in Omaha, Nebraska and Orlando, Florida until they moved back to Georgia to plant a church, Vintage 242 Church, in Dallas, Georgia. Vintage 242 launched in August of 2009, and she worked as the Administrator for the first three years and has been over Missions and Outreach since that time. She serves on a church planting board (Transformation Network, Inc.), as well as Chairman of the Board of Wesleyan Fellowship Partners, Inc., a mission sending agency working with missionaries all over the world. Randel loves to travel, read books, dream, and desires to make a difference in the world. Steve and Randel have two biological daughters in middle school, Anna Katherine and Sara, and foster two little girls as well.
